The brief
A 240-guest formal gala at the State Library of Victoria - MPs, senators, and business leaders in attendance - and one predictable bottleneck: everyone finding their seat at once.
The build
We built a precision seat finder deployed via QR codes on posters throughout the venue. Guests scanned, entered their name, and received an interactive pathway from where they stood to their exact seat.
The outcome
No crowd around a printed chart, no ushering delays - a high-stakes room seated without friction.
