Leasing platform for a Latrobe Valley shopping centre owned by Henkell Brothers, a Melbourne property investment firm with a $500M+ portfolio - centred on an interactive floorplan where every tenancy is clickable.
Henkell Brothers has managed commercial and retail property across Victoria since 1980. When Moe Plaza - a shopping centre in the heart of Gippsland - entered a full transformation, leasing enquiries were running on PDFs and phone calls.
We built the plaza a digital front door: an interactive leasing map where every tenancy is clickable, with live availability, floor areas, and features rendered on a precise SVG floorplan with pan, zoom, and hover states. Prospective tenants go from “what’s available?” to a targeted enquiry in under a minute.
The platform also carries the centre’s events calendar and location story, managed through a custom admin panel - no developer required for day-to-day updates.
Every available space is now discoverable, comparable, and enquirable in one place - a leasing process that matches the standard of the portfolio behind it.
